​When purchasing a CSA- Crop share Agreement, or a Dairy / Herd Share, you will be required to sign the form below in person when the share is delivered or picked up. Please take a look over the agreement BEFORE your purchase any products in our store. By making a purchase on our webstore, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
CSA RELEASE FORM
Definition of a CSA: Community-Supported Agriculture (CSA- sometimes known
as Community-Shared Agriculture) refers to a particular network, or association of
individuals, who have pledged to support a local farm, with producers and consumers
sharing the risks and benefits of food production.
By signing this form, you become a shareholder in the Taos Village Farm CSA, which
will permit you to pick up our homemade farm products. You understand that these
products are not offered in any grocery store or retail food outlet. As such, you warrant
that you are fully aware of the pros and cons of local farm products, and that you are
making an informed decision about the acquisition of any and all of our products. As a
shareholder, you agree that you will not bring any lawsuit against Taos Village Farm
for any loss or damage sustained by you, or anyone associated with you, who have had
access to our products through you.
